The recipe book is good and full of flavoursome recipes.The book is worth buying for its description of ingredients, herbs and spices alone. I was a bit disappointed as I wished to make dishes in my tagine on top of my hob and some of the tastiest dishes are cooked in the oven and can be done in a heavy based pan. Altogether though a good buy. Donnie
