These arrived in plastic bags and looked like they might have been issued yesterday for deployment. True to color, design and printed with U.S. and the dates 1945. Unless you just have to original surplus this is as good as it gets. Very pleased and the price was reasonable and the shipping lighting fast. Carl Ward Southern California

The pouch was very good quality and is an asset to the carbine. The sling was a little lacking in the manner of how the snap was secured to the web sling. It looked like a star with sharp edges and will scratch the stock if not handled carefully. On the original slings they are rounded and finished smooth. No complaints with the oiler which is needed to secure the sling to the carbines butt. I was actually surprised to see that it even had the applicator dobber. RMW

Sling was cheaply made. Nice touch having dates on the stuff, but the back of the sling clasp is rough and is star shaped. I have a very nice stock and don’t want it scratched by this cheap sling. Others on my M1s have a nice flat part at the back that won’t scratch like this one. Ammo pouch looks nice, but it too has a button on the back that will scratch your stock. If you have a crappy stock and you don’t mind some scratches this will work well, but if you have a nice stock I’d look elsewhere.

Got this to run on my new Chiappa M1-9 and I love it. you do have to remove the magwell to get the stock pouch to slide on - it must come down form barrel end.

Great reproduction, everything fit great and looks correct to period. Even the materials used look and feel like the original.
