I am not sure what the difference is between the concentrate and the standard bottle. I put half of the can (concentrate) in to a 1.6 FSI engine. The result is inconclusive. Some days I don't 'get a tappet' but other days it will take about a 1/4 mile to go quiet. Sometimes if the car has been left for a few hours, there will be a small tappet noise then it will clear. It's usually just the one tappet. The tappet had started before I had changed the engine oil (5/30 Castrol Edge and Mann filter). I didn't know about Engine Flush and haven't used that but will next time. Also, it had been a while since the cars last service and I wouldn't know what has gone before despite the service stamps. The engine is at 108k and drives superbly and is very quiet. The tappet is more of a nuisance than anything but I doubt if the overall situation, re tappets, will improve at that mileage. I might put the rest of the Wynns in but I won't be holding my breath.Read full review

People say it works for some, it doesn't work for others. Well, it worked for me quite well. I decided to try it on my 12years old Mondeo. You just open the can, pour the contents with the oil engine and you can forget about it. Did not feel too much change initially but after a couple 70miles drives, the engine started to sound different and now, I can definitely say the engine is very smooth once it reaches the operating temp. It will not fix something broken(probably the main reason of complaints about the product not working) but it is definitely working for it's intended purpose.

Some tappet noise on startup before use but quickly after use it was obvious tappet noise had reduced.
