Item Information
All item descriptions are as accurate as possible and photos are of the product you will receive. All sizes are approximate and quantities may vary by +/-1%. If products are to fit a buyers specific item, then it is the buyers responsibility to check the size of their existing item. Certain electrical items should only be fitted by a qualified electrician.
Payment
All prices include VAT. Payment methods accepted are: PayPal. We do not accept cash, postal orders, cheques or wire transfers. All items must be paid for within four days of the auction closing. Non-paying bidders will be entered into eBay’s ‘Unpaid Item Process’ to recoup fees. This may result in a non-payment strike against your account which may affect your ability to buy products in the future from us and other sellers on eBay.
Delivery
Please ensure your address contained within eBay and PayPal is current and correct. Your delivery will be delayed if these details are not correct.
Combined delivery (if applicable) will be applied to multiple purchases paid for at the same time. The highest delivery amount will be charged with a discount automatically applied to any subsequent item’s delivery charge.
We aim to despatch orders either the same, or next working day upon cleared funds. However, bulk and volume orders may take longer due to logistical constraints. We use Royal Mail and Interlink courier services, some of which may require a signature on delivery. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Liability
Goods are intended for use in the UK (unless otherwise stated). Buy It Better Limited makes no express or implied warranty that goods are suitable for use elsewhere, or comply with any standards, regulations or laws, of any jurisdiction outside the UK/EU.
Buy It Better Limited will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods or any disappointment, administrative inconvenience or loss of profits. Our financial liability to you will be limited to any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Buy It Better Limited will only be liable for direct loss (except in the case of personal injury or death caused by Buy It Better’s negligence or misrepresentation) up to a maximum of the total price of the products purchased in respect of any claim.
