made the year before chico charmed us, er hem (? - 2005) it was a year of amateurs and semi-pro's getting thrown in at the deep end. but this has its moments, one or two classic lines from simon,"you could'nt win this competition if you were the only one in it........" etc. if ya like x-factor you will enjoy this, it includes all manner of losers, thankfully it does not dwell on the winner(s) as nobody really cares about who wins until the last show. so its full of bloops and suprises, mainly on the faces of the contestants, check out twins with glasses. in short its the start of a good "carry on" film sort of. worth a watch and i would imagine this i going to be more funny than this years (2006) outing, ben(i sound like rod stewart/micheal bolton) and leona, both can sing but for how long the public will want em is anyones guess.Read full review
Like watching x factor. Had missed start of season 1 and this dvd shows it all though I'm not keen on all the silly interviews as in "what the judges are going to say about me/us". That bit is really stupid and proper interviews/auditons could have been shown. After all it is entitled The Greatest AUDITIONS Ever!! Apart from this DVD is good.
The x-factor is fantastic, includes all the actions, laughs the fantastic talent into one brilliant show, i brought this DVD for the entertainment is great but a little boring at times, but recommend it.
The reason i bought this DVD is because i got an audition for the x factor and i wanted to watch it for some tips. It was fun to watch and i got a few tips of it. So thinks, DVD was ace :D
i watched the X Factor from start to finish but there was always parts you would miss, i was very pleased to get hold of a copy for a bargain price. i have watched it over and over again its fantastic. worth its weight in gold, its so funny A*
