Firstly he Xbox 360. Depending on how much you know about games consoles, you may want to skip this paragraph. The Xbox 360 is part of the Seventh Generation of games consoles and is the current competitor to the Nintendo Wii and Sony Playstation 3. It sits in the sweet spot for price and performance and can be found for around £100-£150 depending on model and memory size. The Xbox is cheaper than the PS3 and slightly less powerful, but is far more advanced than the Nintendo Wii - which to most gamers is a toy for wannabe gamers and fitness freaks. Previously the first generation ( white curved) Xbox 360 suffered from an occasionally heat related fault, and as a result I seriously recommend against buying on on Ebay (I have 3 ebay purchases that arrived broken), but the slim models (usually black) largely fixed this problem, as well as adding a larger hard drive and built in wi-fi. As a result of this middle ground, it also supports the most titles, and this combined with its almost universal presence in everyone else's living room is probably why you should buy one. The Limited Edition Reach Console is a little more special than just a Console with a fancy paintjob and matching pad(s). Other than the 250GB drive containing a few extras, the console looks pretty sweet, and the average halo fan would happily part with £250 for one, but the party trick is sick. Every button on the console, when pressed, plays a sound effect from he game. Eject plays the shield recharge, Power plays the Item Pickup (Halo 3 style as if you are picking up a Active Camo or Overshield) and a host of other lil tricks!Read full review
I find there to be enough differences between to the original Xbox 360 and the new slim such as larger hard drive, less prone to crashing and less noisy when running etc but the stickler for me is the gimmicks of the machine. Microsoft have replaced to standard tray button with a thermal button and increased the size of the sync button. Throw on top the added gimmicks for the Halo Reach machine ( cool sound effects and gorgeous decals) and I find myself buying one instantly. Quite impressed
Very Good! Great Looking Console! Big Hard Drive - works well for gaming, movies and music! Lots of social options and free games! Great fun creating avatars. options for sky extras are great and can be worth the money if using externally
This Xbox 360 Product is One Of The Best Things Alive It Has an Unique Paint Job Which Is Amazing And Unique Sounds So When You Turn The Console On It Will Make Halo Sounds Which I Found Amazing 10/10
