The whole van has been completely re-wired
Engine is like brand new and has the oil change every 2,000 miles.
Cam belt, and all other belts, tensioners etc all done
Bad points... Every car has them rear arch have a few small bubbles on the paint. This is just where the previous guy had done some inner arch work and when it was sprayed it wasn't keyed in properly. Its not a big issue. Iv taken it to 3 garages and they've all said the same thing so i don't see this as a big problem. The rear bumper has a crack above the exhaust. Also the font bumper has a few stone chips like the bonnet has to.Last thing with the bodywork inside where the side skirt sits it has cracked away from the paint but you cant see it when the doors are shut yet again the bloke before didn't have a clue with paint.
The traction control has to be turned off. I cant stand the thing anyway so has never bothered me also the air con has been removed to save weight.The wipers work when they wont to been told its the wiper stalk common fault with these astras i do have another stalk that's included in the sale.The passenger side window sometimes plays up the window don't go all the way up been told its slipped on the runner just needs to be tightened up.
The speedo sometimes plays up the mph needle drops then sorts it self out guy who re-wired it said it just needs re-calibrating as sometimes a remap can throw it out just needs laptop plugged into ecu and re-set.
This vehicle has been featured in issue 119.
This van really is a one off and a complete build. No expense has been spared.
Its always been run on v-power
This van is a serious bit of kit. This is the nearest thing you will get to a gsi van.
V5 states van has a z20let fitted and the colour change. Everything is legal.
