Purrfect picture book.
This is an adult colouring book, which is supposed to have some sort of relaxation effect on the person colouring one of its easy tear, 8', by 8' pages. It contains 70 black and white printed images of cats and kittens in various poses. These are then further detailed by the use of many different patterns with a varying degree of complexity. Some of the designs are flowered, while others are geometric. These types of books are away for an adult to de-stress, infact, the 'blurb' at the back on Monday the book claims 10 to 15 minutes of colouring a day can help you relax. This hardbacked book is very well made, and doesn't begin to fall apart when pages are removed. The paper appears to be of a good quality, Iand will absorb quite a good amount of watercolour. However, due to the complex designs I've found using watercolour pencils, or Winsor and Newton/copic markers to be the best to stay in the lines. It does have some degree of marker 'bleed through', to get around this problem I used an old piece of paper between the pages, or I just took out the page. All in all, it's an excellent book of it genre, good paper, with mostly clear (if some more complex) images all relating to cats. Well priced when purchased from an Internet site. However high street prices can make this book a good deal more expensive. Yes, some of the designs are overly flowered, (however, that I put down to personal opinion). They also are quite a bit smaller than the A4 sizes I've seen before. Which, if your eyesight isn't the best could give you problems. Not entirely suitable for children, as the designs maybe too complex and repetitive for younger minds. Mostly an enjoyable experience colouring in this book, I highly recommend itRead full review

Very practical & great value
The sturdy backing to this book, along with the easily detachable sheets make it by far my current favourite colouring book. It is robust, so easy to transport and use and the finished pictures can be easily and safely removed for display/storage. I love it!
