Grandia II for the Dreamcast system, and then the PlayStaion 2, was a fun and easy to follow game. The graphics, while easily outdone in today's games, are quite impressive when one considers the platform the game was originally intended for. It is a perfect game for first-time RPG players and others who are unfamiliar to the world of videogames. Features an inspiring storyline, a wonderful soundtrack, and excellent voice-overs, though the script can get rather cheesy and repetitive sometimes. Overall, I'd give it 8/10 points. I'm truly looking forward to playing it on my PC now.
Great Game. Japanese RPG like Final Fantasy. I used to play this game right after class. I was running this game on Windows 98. It was great.
Played this game before and it is still one of the best RPG games in my opinion. Product arrived on record time and is in very good condition. There will be issues regarding the cut scenes for the game (no matter where you buy your copy of the game since modern day computers are pretty advanced and this is a fairly old game). Just make sure to change the compatibility of the game to Windows 98. Doing so will ensure that the videos and skill animations display properly.
Though this PC port is now eight years old, the game is still fun to play with a great combat system.
