An high quality, gripping 'cold war' spy drama that revolves around some fictional & non fictional characters, against a background of real historical events. Well worth watching, & excellent value for money.

Once I started watching this I realised I had seen part of the first episode before, really glad I bought this and really enjoyed watching. Was disappointed that there was not more disks as am sure that there is more to tell. A great cast, great acting and plenty of action.
I bought this for my Dad, having seen it recently on BBC2. Read a review in paper and thought I'd give it a try. Was hooked. Brilliant. Great acting, fantastic premise - fictional, based on the CIA, but with true elements eg English spies, the Hungarian revolution, the Bay of Pigs, and a running theme of "find the mole" throughtout. It follows the lives of three classmates at Yale. One (a Russian) becomes a Russian agent, one a desk-bound CIA agent and one a field agent in the middle of the action. Chris O'Donnell as the field agent is great (except for his rather obvious wig!) and Michale Keaton, who spends the entire story hunting the mole, is also extremely watchable.
