Sky channels are not working, which is known and fine. However I would recommended if you could let your existing customer know when ever it gets fixed with complimentary gift. Otherwise overall service is excellent no complaints, works fine with my V9S box. 👍🏻

The box and the quality of the channels when working were excellent. Unfortunately I cannot hand on heart say it was glitch free. We do get more glitches that freezing but it does happen. After 3 months of uploading the service to the box every Sky channel has stopped working and even after a channel update they do not work. We have up to 50mb broadband so that cannot be the reason. We get every other channel including BT Sports but not one Sky channel anymore. I had glitches with it within the first week of install but we can put up with the glitches and occasional picture freezing compared with the last install we had because it was much better. I do not know what else to say except it seems the product is either not up to scratch or we have a copy program which many are using on the server as I cannot think of any other reason for these issues which the box was free from when we first bought it 2 years ago.Read full review

I purchased the gift and received the email within 10 minutes. Although it seems confusing when u read the email but the video link provided take care of all the confusion. Once the gift is entered in STB it started working just like before. I find this very easy to use and helpful. I don't know how long this will work as some people have said it worked for just a month for them. As of now it's working just fine

In the description, the available channel list was listed. However after installing the gift, the channels listed aren't always available and is somewhat hit and miss. Forget this if you're looking to get any Sky channels, it doesn't work which is defined in the listing so no surprise. BT Sport is accessible but appears to freeze up frequently and proves annoying.

once you get a gift which is working one day , you ask for second one cause the first one it's not working and you'll get it but this isn't working for more than 24 hours so you have to ask by email for the third one you'll not get any answer , trying to return ebay asking for label which it cost or tracking number ( how???) , so ... dear folks avoid this cause is a rip business
