This trim has glue inside. Attach to the door & use a hairdryers heat to activate the glue. Press the trim grimly in place as you go along. Wear gloves as trim gets hot at this point. When it's cooled it's then adhered strongly. Its also slim & less conspicuous than other door protection available. I recommend!
