It s Nice to see that Hornby-Airfix relaunched these old kits. Also many of the other kits that came in the 1:32 range/scale. The big plus on these kits is that they are produced in a different type of plastic than the old Airfix kits from the 70-ties and 80 ties. With the new kits it is possible to make modification on the figurines due to fact that parts from them can be glued together by using polyester type of glue. If You want to be sure that a changed part stays on can also use superglue which i have done in some cases. To make alteration you could also take parts from any of the multipose kits made by Airfix. Perhaps also from other producers in the 1:32 scale. But be aware that softer types of plastic bits like the old type of Airfix soldiers are much harder to glue. Even with superglue. I don't recommend to try to do changes on the old types of Airfix Soldiers without any expirience with different types of glue. But when it comes to the hornby-Airfix toysoldiers You can make new posses or change their arms, Legs and even their heads. (off with their heads ??!!). Have fun. RLSRead full review
