My daughter loves this netbook which she received for Christmas. However, while downloading iTunes just after Christmas, it turned itself off and once restarted would not connect to the internet (through our BT Home Hub). The retailer referred me to Acer, who talked me through resetting the machine to factory settings. This worked, but fortunately there was nothing loaded on the netbook that we would have lost. It has since performed very well. Easy to use, decent battery life, intuitive layout. I actually prefer using it to our HP G62 laptop, as it so light and portable. A good product and I would recommend.

Not a bad laptop, but be aware you can't update it to windows 10. It's a graphics card issue. Easy to repair, I had another and renewed the screen. I got this because I can take spares off the original one which went "zip" and I can't bring it back to life.
