I have to start by saying that it did have some issues out of the box--I don't know if this was an isolated thing or not, so I feel I should include it. For the first day I owned it, the Chromebook did not detect that it even had a battery, could not work without being plugged in, and could not charge when plugged in--it remained perpetually on 1%. However, this issue subsided after several hours and has yet to return over the past few weeks. Aside from that rocky start, this computer has been great. It's extremely lightweight and fits in almost any bag. The display is very sharp at 1080p, great for watching Netflix or Twitch streams. The battery life is phenomenal--I can carry this thing around with me to all my university classes and not bother bringing a charging cord. It will easily last all day, sometimes for two days of classes if I go easy on it. I'd say it's a great little computer for people who mostly just use the internet and won't mind using Google Docs instead of Microsoft Office for school or work assignments. If you have a PC as well, you can also use Chrome Remote Desktop to access your PC using this Chromebook, and perform any tasks that you might need a Windows computer for. I often use this to play games or run iTunes from my Chromebook when I'm away from home. Overall, I'd say it's a great little laptop, especially if you're using it as a secondary, mobile computer. It does everything I need it to when I'm away from home, and it looks pretty, which is also a bonus.Read full review
