I would recommend this phone to anybody. Why waste your money on expensive big brands when this will do the job just as well. An absolute bargain for those who are not bothered about image and snobby about brands. Well done Alcatel, this is a cracking phone for the money. I rate this phone 9/10

Alcatel pop4 is a very good phone in terms of value for the money. it has lovely design and navigate well with its features. very light weight and thin, it has all the essential application in it which makes it unique value for the money you pay. A step up from the Samsung Galaxy phone. Well worth the £70 odd quid I paid although for the life of me I cant get the SD card to share resources with the internal memory, so I am constantly being advised that the memory is full. There is a handy app named Junk Clean that does help to keep some memory spare though but I would like to have at least 64Gb of internal memory. Other than that, the picture is crisp and clear and of a decent size but highly reflective but a Disguard non reflective screen fixed that problem. Why cant telephone and tablet manufacturers fit non reflective screens to their devices. Kindle readers do and that is what the Disguard screens are like. All in all, very pleased with the phone though.

This is a perfect choice for someone who wants a smart phone for the usefulness of a smart phone, but doesn't care to spend their monthy wage on one gadget. The construction is solid (I havent dropped it yet, so i cant comment on durability) The battery kinda sucks, the camera is decent enough, the interface and performance is great. An all round decent phone. I can recommend it easily.
