I bought this to see if it would help my back which I suffer badly with and broken arthritic knee... All I can say is wow, I take less tramadol, my joints are manageable I need step to get in as I'm only 5ft... I love it best ever buy... The only con is when you put spa bubbles it gives very strong chemical/plastic smell. Which makes me feel queasy. But I have it in a large built greenhouse, which it gets like a sauna... Keeps heat in . So easy to inflate using pump longest part was filling with water.. On whole more than happy and so glad I got this.

Easy to set up, took about 25 minutes including unpacking. Easy to connect up filter/heater unit. Very handy that you blow up the tub and lid with the air blower (comes with attachment), so no extra air pump required. Very sturdy, floor inflates too, so nice and comfy to sit in. Once heated, lid does great job of keeping heat in. Lid held down with multiple child proof clips. As with any hot tub being so hot, always check chemicals daily, especially add chlorine after use and clean filter daily if possible, surprising how dirty it can get if not done regularly. This had been a big hit and would recommend it, great fun. So far I have no negative things to say about it :)
