We love the binatone phone with caller display,we have always had this make of phone.Never have a problem with it.With the caller display you can see if it`s a cold caller or not.Ideal.

The only problem with this telephone is that it took me two days to work out how to open the battery compartment. The positive thing is that the company's customer help desk was helpful and I eventually managed to do it. This aspect of the phone is therefore very badly designed in my view. The telephone works very well otherwise but is aesthetically not a great lookers unfortunately.

Too quiet ! Extremely quiet! Messages are too quiet and the hands free is to quiet and it hasn't got a system where you can hear someone leaving a message and when going through the phone book it's hard to select and confusing to use old phone was a lot better wish I kept and could get money back on this
