All plastic construction makes it safe with grounding issues. The blue colorres light is gentle on the eyes if used in the front or rear of the chassis. Just don't expect extreme air flow is it is not incredibly fast but the faster ones are louder I have noticed.

I really can't tell how the product is, because "NewEgg", in California, used a crappy shipping service (DHL), much like the shipping method of "Fedex DUMB Post", when instead of the package being delivered, it gets held up for up to a week, just to hand off the package, to another shipping service... in this case, USPS. Cali to Arizona, should be 3 days max. Where as, a package ordered the same day, arrived from Virginia (3k + miles away), has a great review.

Led's aren't too bright and the specs are misleading. Definitely louder than 19db, probably doesn't pull 69cfm but is 2000rpm. Works as intended as intake and outtake fans, but would also be suitable for a tower cooler.

This build is nearly 10 years old now. I have 4 of these fans. 2 for the CPU and 2 for the case to keep my drives cool. After all these years, one of my CPU fans started going out and by that I mean it was only spinning at 800-1200RPM of the 1900-2000 I was used to seeing. I just upgraded my CPU from the I7 920 to the I7 980x. Before upgrading, I overclocked my I7 920 to 3.46ghz from the 2.67ghz I've always had it at. My normal idle temp was 98-109F and under heavy load, I've seen it get at hot at 163F. After overclocking it, my idle temp was 138-140F. After upgrading to the I7 980x, my idle temp has been 109-120F and under what was once a heavy load, my max temp is only 136F. I've not bothered overclocking the 980x, but my point is that I feel comfortable using these for my CPU fans. As for sound... Well, I can hear my drives over these fans at max speed and my drives aren't really what I've call loud. I don't see myself buying any other fans at this time.Read full review

Bought this as second fan to Cooler Master Hyper 212 LED CPU Cooler. I'm using Hyper 212 LED CPU cooler for my thermoelectric cooling TEC1-12708 peltier module setup. Adding this second fan really help taking out the heat on hot side big time. At this moment, the temperature on cold side is 11*F!
