well I did need few times to really understand how to set the basket right, so that it rotate, but easy thing even I do understand. I also did clean it already, really everything comes out truth the easy clean spot, rest just clean with paper towels, ready for next oil fill up. Heat up fast, no long waiting, I didnt burned anything so perfect, u can look inside without open it.

I had a Delongi 10 years ago and sold it because I needed money and did not realize how spoiled I was. I have tried many other types of deep fryers since then and the tube empty on Delongi is the easiest and cleanest way to get most of the oil out to filter and put back/throw away, except for about a teaspoon left. The rotoFry is a bonus! I use about 30% less oil. Has a timer and adjustable temperature, which is really nice and makes for less time waiting for it to cool down to clean it. Perfect for 3-4 people with 1 serving each.

This is one of the best Deep fryers on the market, it's so easy to clean my 10-year-old could do it, the food comes out crispy and not oily. The designers made a good choice when they place this unit in a plastic housing so no one can get burnt when touching the unit. This unit is in close so it keeps the oil from splattering all over the counter counter .

I like the look and the design. The only thing I have an issue with is having to pull the plug from the wall to turn it off (as with most fryers) I resolved this by purchasing an outlet adapter that has an on/off toggle switch. Adding the toggle switch option to the cord would have made it perfect.
