Upgrading from HD2 to Sensation, means: - Moving from WinMo 6.5 to Android ICS, wich offers load of tools to download for the phone, that you could not get in Windows mobile - Great improvment of speed, the larger dual core processor it's faster - screen size it's same, but Sensation has a nicer finish, materials - battery live is same, just need to follow the charging cycles to get it to work from 16h to 3 days on moderate use A great phone, better finish quality than samsung S2, but not so good on benchmarks. I like HTC quality of products not just phone benchmarks, so for me it's a good deal.
I bought it as a replacement for Motorola Defy and I must admit that htc is free from all little but annoying things I founded in motorola device. The keyboard layout works perfectly in all applications, better control over contacts list, sat nav outperform even my dedicated TomTom device (go 730). Overall unless you are a gadget maniac, I don't see reason to drain pocket for something faster as it works just as you would expect from good smartphone. Bad points - original battery life could by bit longer -there is no way it last for two days (bigger replacement will solve the problem). The size -it fits fine in hand, but feel bit uncomfortably whilst in pocket in jeans. Well, I assume this is the price you paying for device witch such abilities.

Love this phone, especially since recieving the ice cream sandwich update. I got it because of the dual processor and 8mb camera. I've always had HTC phones since the touch was released and now they are simply a pleasure to use. One negative of all smartphones has to be the battery life. I always carry a spare these days. And I payed only £13 for a docking station which charges the spare battery (that price includes the battery). Keep your iPhone 4s with Satans own tariff. I pay 10.50 a month for 100 moms and 100 texts with 500mb on o2 AMD they threw in a HTC wildfire s ( now the wife's). Oh and it does make calls too..... Apparently !
Great phone though not ultra quick Camera excellent & overall easy to use & live with Mine has a higher capacity battery that will run into a 2nd day No real faults, just a great value for money good all rounder
