Bought as one of 2,to replace 2 cheaper coils, bought as a fault finding excercise, which worked perfectly well, and verified one of the 2 coil packs on the car which was causing a misfire on 2 cylinders. These were unbranded, but will be kept as spares, now I have replaced them with the Intermotor ones, which on first glance look identical. Its not until it comes to fitting the coils, the better quality of the Intermotor coils is immediately apparent when you refit the high tension leads. On the cheaper brand unknown coils, the lead clips are so tight that the leads have to be forced in,causing obvious pinching, and possible damage to the lead insulation. On the Intermotor coils, the leads fit snugly, but without having to be forced in,and with no pinching of the lead insulation,so to me it was a much better option to pay the extra price. The 2 cheaper unbranded coil packs, which served their purpose in identifying the cause of the misfire, will be kept as spares.I can recommend the Intermotor coil packs, and woud buy them again if needed. With so many unknown brand parts ,many of which are cheap, and sometimes nasty, its nice to know that there are still quality branded parts available, and Intermotor(or at least the brand name has been around for years.Read full review

Needed to replace the original coil pack to solve the misfiring and lumpy running... This was a process of elimination after replacing the plugs then the ignition leads which didn't resolve the problem. Seems very good quality and has thankfully done the job!
