This paste is so good very quick and easy to use I used to use the plain curry paste but found the Madras one has more flavour to it and slightly hotter. I cook my chicken in a chicken stock cube then take out add the onions etc then the paste then put the chicken back in 😍 my daughter adds more spices to hers to make it hotter 🥵 a great product which l use a lot 😋
