The battery I received fits my Note 3 just fine and gave my old phone new life. However, the listing showed a genuine Samsung battery. Received a third party battery without the Samsung markings. Nevertheless, for the price it is a good deal if it lasts as long as my original.

Worse than the battery it was bought to replace
Very week, even though it was supposed to be "new". The original battery was getting week after ~1.5 years of use, so I wanted to replace it. However, for this "new" battery charging takes longer than for the original one, and it goes flat quicker than the original one. I'll leave it just in case (don't want the hassle I can imagive I'll get if I try and return it), but I don't recommend buying it.

Seems to work well in my note 3
i believe its working ok now for about a week. charges 100% and does not get low until the end of the day around 5 pm so its working during all business hours then goes into the charger. my original battery was failing around 2-3 pm and cutting the day short. so far so good. of course always wish it would last several days between charges.

These batteries are not new!
I specifically asked for a new battery on my order. When I received the water detection tape was missing, the battery was marked up and slightly blemished. It certainly was not a new battery. I holds a charge to some degree but not like a new one.

Do not buy it and save your money
The battery discharge very quickly in the phone. The battery has very low quality. The phone will not survive for normal use one day. it's money tossed out. I do not recommend buying this battery.
