i have used this book for a while now and i lost a stone in wheight after 3 weeks. this book is the best one i have used it gives full day by day menues which are easy to follow this is what makes the book great from others and there is also an excersise bit in pictures with each day. The best bit is that you can change the meals with another if you dont like the one for that day for example breakfast for another breakfast and so on. i dont think there is anything that i dislike about this book all in all it is easy and straitforward to use and is big enough to read not like other paperbacks. fantastic and hightly recommended.
