Purchased this item 2nd hand from a \UK company. Issue was having was that I just could not get on with my Samsung S8 and my wife was already using and got on well with my older Samsung S7. I simply made the decision to use the same device, so that we could then discuss issues we were having, and resolve them somewhat simpler!!!
