Excellent screen protector
1 of 1 found this helpful Received two screen protectors as promised. Applied the first screen protector and was shocked to see a large air bubble covering a third of the screen and wouldn't go away no matter what I tried.
I ripped it off and decided to try the second one. Same thing. I decided I was going to just leave it (despite the massive air bubble on ⅓ of the screen) for the time being and buy another one later. I replaced the switch console into the dock.
The next day I looked at the switch and there was no air bubble, it had completely gone. The screen protector was very very well adhered to the screen. So surprising to me that I asked my brothers if they had taken it off because I couldn't see it and only when looking closely it was noticeable.
Very pleased with this outcome.
Edit: 3 months later there was a big crack noticeable on the screen , thankfully only on the protector. Given the way my brothers treat the console (neither of them have claimed responsibility) it's refreshing that this screen protector has been protecting the screen all this time.

Good protection but some small niggles
In general it's a great case. The screen is protected by a front hard plastic cover which clips onto the front of the device and includes a screen protector. It contains cutouts for the speaker, front camera, proximity censor and the fingerprint scanner. This front cover (with the device inside) then clips into the back cover. The edges of the back cover are a rubbery flexible material which fits on top of the hard plastic of the front cover. The back of the cover is a slab of hard plastic. Thus the sides are covered by the two plastic layers which also protect the corners well. The back cover incorporates volume buttons into the case which work very well and have a good clicky feel. There is also a cutout for the alert slider and the main media speaker at the bottom of the device as well as the rear camera and flash (and also the secondary microphone above the camera). The headphone jack and usb c port are both covered by a flap which is designed to fit inside the ports. There is also a circle beveled design on the side which adds a bit of grip to this already grippy case.
There are few things which I think could be improved or things that annoy me about the case.
1. The integrated screen protector is slightly dark so the total brightness is reduced when using this case.
2. The camera/speaker cutouts at the top are not behind the screen protector (understandingly) but this means that I cannot trust it to be water proof as the speaker is exposed.
3. The rubber flaps for for the ports do not close properly once they're held open.
4. Front screen protector is slightly dark so reduces the brightness of your phone when using.
Overall I'm very satisfied by this case and confident that it will protect my phone in case of :p of any drops.
