100% positive Feedback

I am a collector of limited edition, out of production and unreleased models. To most other collectors horror I actually take my models out of the packaging and paint them. I am also a keen photographer.

    Alternative Nurgle Models

I am an avid collector of Chaos Nurgle models, particularly 40k or anything that could be converted to 40k. Now Games Workshop do a sterling job of keeping us hooked on fantastic little blokes with their...

    Forgeworld Chaos Models

Now we all know I love models. Not the skinny annoying kind who walk up and down catwalks with redonkulous outfits on; but the small paintable kind! Who better to supply those models than the awesome Forgeworld....

How to make an old book an art project

This holiday I have given myself a little project. Well I say little project what I mean is actually quite a large project! It all started when I found an old book in a market. It was just about the right...

How to make a very large 40k base

Ok so I know we have the large oval bases for 40k but those just won't do! It's got to be circular or nothing in my book. Which is why over the last few years I have been using large blast marker templates...

Robocop (DVD, 2003)
Dead or alive, you are coming with me! I bought this DVD as Robocop has to be one of my all time favourite movies. Directed by that all time great Paul Verhoeven who did other classics such as Starship Troopers and Total Recall. You can argue that these three films are a trilogy of corporation bashing satire. Whatever conclusion you come to this is a great movie. Peter Weller does a great job as the family man come cop turned from a loving father into a brutal killing machine... did I say k...

Starship Troopers (DVD, 2001)
They're doing their part. Are you? Join the Mobile Infantry and save the world. Ever since I saw Starship Troopers as a kid I loved the outrageous over the top way the human race sensationalised war. In the far flung future if you haven't done your part to safeguard the human race then you don't get the same privileges as those that have. Another Paul Verhoeven classic with his ever present underlying themes of Facism, corporate greed and dark humour. Starship Troopers stands...

Total Recall (DVD, 2001)
Baby, you make me wish I had three hands. Total Recall, the ultimate sci-fi blockbuster. This is again another one of those movies that just has to be seen. A coming of age so to speak. Paul Verhoeven one more time kicking it real and putting in all those little things that give us that fuzzy familiar feeling when watching his movies! In the far future when we have colonised Mars a labourer who keeps dreaming of going there goes to have a virtual trip inserted into his memory, then things s...
