Good torch holder.
I bought this to mount a new 2000 lumen alu torch to the steering head of my e-bike. It works very well and seems to be made of good materials, only time will tell ofcourse.

Bleed your own Shimano cycle brakes.
This kit allowed me to fix the soggy brake handle problem on my electric bike. Everything is there in the kit including instructions. There are youTube videos showing the process too. A bit messy and best done outdoors with newspaper to keep all clean, but it was actually less difficult to get right that the demonstrations indicated. It took me about 15 minutes per brake, but I was learning. DO NOT GET OIL ON THE DISK OR PADS. If you do get oil on things the brakes will squeal and you will need to do a very thorough clean up with hot soap and chemical degreaser (I used surgical spirit).

Do I need a vitiman D supplement? Possibly, because I can catch a cold.

Black people need to take special care in Northern climates because their skins are adapted by seven million years of evolution to the high levels of sunlight in Africa and the tropics.
