Sends emails and texts perfectly. High Qulaity Materials Build & Keyboard
Purchased after moving up from the Alactel OT800 (Vairy Text) as I prefer QWERTY keyboards to the virtual touch screen offerings. This phone is beautifully built from excellent materials, as you would expect from Nokia. It came seller refurbished but appears to be absolutely brand new. The set up was a breeze and setting up the email (web based) was an absolute doddle, just install Nokia Mail and the phone pretty much does the rest. Battery lasts for days (at the moment) between charges. The net is a little awkward to use as the screen is quite small but as it is bigger than my old Vairy Text, it seems much better, though I would imagine the touchscreen mobiles offer a better internet experience, but I didnt buy this phone for the net, I bought it as a text and email machine - it does these tasks superbly! The keyboard is a dream to use. Issues - the M key is slightly to the left of a normal keyboard so I keep putting an M into texts and emails instead of an N but this is a tiny issue and will resolve with much use. The apostrophe key is obtained by using the Additional Symbols option. Overall, it feels high qulaity and looks great. Is it a Blackberry beater? Cant say for sure, my missus has a 9300 and this is pretty much equal to all that phone does. Personally, its the best phone I have ever had and the Symbian OS is perfect/fast enough for all I require. The lanyard is impossible to fit and the case it comes with is horribly plasticky but it fits perfectly. Overall, 85%.

A Sombre Masterpiece
This album is an enigma. I first bought it back in the 90's and hated it. Music to commit suicide to was how I once described this album. But, time is a funny thing and I recently heard a local cover band play some Radiohead and it kind of tweaked my interest again, so I rebought this album through eBay (the first one was flogged on a car boot sale). Man, it is breath-taking listening! Must be something about growing older, but I can chill out with this album and just take a breath from the rat-race and enjoy! By far the best song is Paranoid Android, but Lucky is almost as good, with Karma Police in close third place. Still wouldn't like to be forced to listen to it if I happened to be feeling suicidal - could just tip the balance, but a must for any muso officianado and you can sure see where Muse got their influenece (in my opinion anyway)!

Swashbuckling High Seas Adventure
This is a great period actioneer starring one of my favourite 'roughty-toughty' actors Russel Crowe. Most of the action takes place on a Royal Naval frigate in the seas off the Galapagos Islands and features a crew of fine actors, from children to grown men. Crowe steals the show as the salty seadog captain who was an underling under Nelson himself as he battles a wily French frigate. A great yarn though I have no idea how accurate it is to the time period in question, but well worth 90 or so minutes of your time. Favourite line: 'Always bet on the lesser of 2 weevils'.
