Wonderful book... an adventure.
This is a WONDERFUL book. I've loaned my book to an enthusiast, and I've bought another of EW Barber's books. The book is full of fascinating and surprising discoveries, and a marvellous piece of sleuthing about the culture that these folks lived in. Marvellous illustrations. Enthusiasts of textile history, weaving, anthropology, and cultural history will love it.
