Zappa book is mandatory for FZ fans and collectors!
This book is mandatory reading and reference guide for all Zappa fans and collectors. A true labor of love, contains over 700 pages of facts of recordings and musicians that played on everything imaginable. There are no photos or casual stories, all the information pertains to FZ and his music with all personnel and recording information in alphabetical order, don't even hesitate to purchase possibly the greatest FZ compilation book ever written.

Fresh Cream Cream Fans Delight
3 of 3 found this helpful I bought the Fresh Cream album back in the 60's when it was released and although I have every imaginable vinyl copy available, I always felt this album needed a serious remix. Well over 50 years later, here is every track recorded in those first sessions including all mono & stereo tracks plus unreleased and early demos. The sound finally sounds more balanced and together and has more punch. The extra tracks are all worth having for any Cream collector, and includes a few versions of the Coffee Song (The Fable) plus live BBC tracks. The box is a nice thick glossy slip case and comes with a nice hard covered book with notes, lyrics, and unpublished photos, a solid addition and companion piece to all the great music. Cream fans don't hesitate, this package is well worth the money and you even get a Blu Ray dvd with all the tracks in high resolution. Historic music, gorgeous package, great value, buy it now!

Invaluable and historic reference guide
1 of 1 found this helpful I purchased this book a few years ago and still use it for references for facts and info for his recordings. A living legend, William Parker has been one of the most prolific free jazz artists in our lifetime and anyone who has a library of music and thirst to learn more can find it all right here. What a chore and labor of love this must have been to be able to collect and piece together so much information, recording dates, live dates, photos, concert posters, etc. Thick as a brick, it really is a priceless book and a must have for any William Parker fan or collector. Worth every penny, buy it now!
