Brilliant Set
I bought it a present but actually the box wasnt quite in good enough condition to do that so kept it for my 10 year old daughter, who LOVES it! Many happy hours assembling, creating, filming plays. Got her off a screen and using her imagination.

A gentle muscle strengthening routine
This is the second pregnancy pilates DVD I purchased and the 2 are very contrasting. This one is very slow, very precise and is for building up strength in core muscles. I personally think it is great, and is exactly what I was looking for. It is not a fitness programme. You do not need to be aerobic fit to do this programme, it will help for everyone regardless of your fitness level. It concentrates on muscle streching, strength, breathing and relaxation.
With regular use this DVD programme strengthens your back, stomach and pelvic floor muscles giving you a better awareness of your posture and core body strength.
If you wanted to use this as a fitness workout, this is probably not the DVD for you but if youre looking for the same as me, it is perfect!
