  Item as described , good quality and finish, good comunication with current mail delay , only down side - arrived folded in 1/4's instead of flat packed, still usable but time consuming to straighten, comunicated with sell and receved a posative result and seller is looking into packaging, other wise very happy with the whole transaction.

  Item arrived slightly damaged from postage, it wasn't protected in a box and thus the seller accepted responsibility and provided a 30% refund and appologised and stated that they would make changes for future purchases, outcome was honourable. Item will function with modification to the project so all is well that ends well. 5/5 to this seller.

  Packaging means a used worn out and ripped open box with loose parts without wrapping thrown into a postal bag and shipped. The 10' saw is advertised with an Oregon bar and is shipped with a no name brand bar and chain. There are no safety features on the chain saw. The chain rips more than it cuts and the cut timber rests against the plastic housing/cover while the bar and cover is being secured with 1 M8 bolt. The seller and the saw have very much in common. Buying experience: Never again!!!!
