    I ordered the chess set with delivery to Czech Republic (Central Europe). The seller contacted me with apologies and told me that both the item price and its postage should have been higher. I was willing to cooperate but even after several messages I was not sure how much am I expected to pay and why. Eventually, I gave up trying to understand it and just sent extra £72. The set arrived safely and it is well-crafted and beautiful, including board and box, but the communication was depressing.

    We tried to help you in every way we could and communicated with you. You should have used the e bays Global shipping programme. The problem is the selection and size of the goods matters and so does the shipping.

    I have paid £235 for this item and in description mentioned that is hand made by real walnut wood and when I received it wasn’t hand made and material was only plywood and when I contacted the seller he said that we have been told is walnut wood and he wasn’t even sure if is real wood or not. However I have asked for return and refund and firstly, seller sent me invalid return label and after I asked him again he send me the real one and now I have sent the item back and still no refund.
