Very chunky rubber hand electrodes that work well.
It's debatable whether passing current across your chest is a good idea, especially as some of the little e-stim/tens units can pack quite a punch.
But if you WANT to do that then these work very well.
The conductive rubber has a fairly high resistance compared to metal hand electrodes.
Do not use these with any equipment powered from the mains / wall-power especially if using many of the power supplies supplied with imported goods as they often have poor electrical isolation.
And definitely never use something like this with a variac as the voltage setting will not limit current flow if skin resistance breaks down.

Fast and simple test that is interesting and useful.
0 of 2 found this helpful A very simple and fast test to do that provides peace of mind. I'm basing its accuracy on the fact that it does appear to be the same test strip that the NHS uses. It's worth noting that while most of the tests indicate a pass (neg) on the left hand side, the PH and SG (Specific gravity) tests will be somewhere in the middle of the range of colours.
The test is easy. While urinating, catch some in a clean jar and then dip the strip in to cover all the little squares for 2 seconds. Then take the strip out and tap it sideways on some kitchen towel to avoid the chemicals from different tests merging with each other. After a minute compare the colours with the chart on the tub to get the results.

Works fine.
The unit is quiet in use, the filter is easy to change and replacement filters are a realistic price.
