Seller listed item as being sent by Royal Mail. They actually sent by Yodel and we all know how appalling they are for delivering if you get your package at all.
Sellers response was due to the value of the item £16 they decided to use yodel as it’s more secure. If a listed item doesn’t meet “your” criteria for Royal Mail as listed then maybe you should change your listing.
If It had said Yodel in the postage section I’d have purchased from elsewhere. Item eventually arrived several days late.
