  To clarify, the item was posted via with Royal Mail (tracked 24hr service) & tracking reference was provided. Unfortunately it turned out that Royal Mail lost my parcel so had to submit a compensation claim for it. The buyer not receiving the item was not my fault & she was refunded in full.
