Quality
Good quality bag not like the cheap ones. My son uses it everyday for a few months now and his only 2-3. Only negative it tilts to the side a little. It's quite big for toddler so offers a decent storage.

2 of 2 found this helpful It's ok what it does is makes you feel a little neasea (sick feeling) so you won't want to eat anything for a few hours. I normally take it when I want to skip a meal. Or if I'm having a long day and don't want the temptation of eating fast food. I'm not sure if I noticed any burst of energy that's why it has 3 stars. But can definitely help control your weight. You get used to the neasea after a while and will stop realising that you have it.
