This buyer became very rude and insulting after deciding that he did not want to take the bed as it was solid MDF wood. Even after I gave him a 100% refund PLUS extra £40 to cover any costs. There was a mistake in the email address that he gave me for the refund (plus extra and so there was a delay in him getting his refund - immediately he made me aware of this the refund (plus extra) was issued via PayPal. I now realise that I should have cancelled the transaction and used the auto refund.

Rude and insulting? You can fabricate all you like! In fact, I was very calm under the circumstances of you misadvertising the bed when you were fully aware it was cheap CHIPBOARD falling apart in places. I wasted the day travelling in the sweltering heat and the fuel alone cost of £60 so your £30 was insulting. Of course you refunded my money in full because you had to! And there was no mistake in the email address as I spelt it out for you! You're a first class idiot and a dishonest person
