I am sorry that you are unhappy. However, we did request that you send us your personal email address on several occasions so that we could update your profile on your hosting account, but you refused, so we used your eBay default email address and gave you clear instructions on how to update your profile once you signed into your account. I can see you have configured your hosting and already working on your website.

It is a SCAM, they got 1.99 pounds from you for NOTHING but a control panel who offer to sell the service at a much higher price

Because not everyone is tech-savvy, we recommend that you seek assistance from a web developer in accessing and using your Windows web hosting service.
