Not the seller’s fault; clearly damaged during shipping or at warehouse. I was worried I’d have to pay the shipping to return the rack to the company, but i spoke to the seller, who contacted the manufacturer, they told me not to worry, they’d ship me a new rack. I got it in less than a week & the 2nd one arrived in perfect condition. I ❤️❤️❤️ my new rack! Def will buy from again!

I contacted them and they investigated the delivery, which is when they figured out it got lost. They gave me a choice to get a refund or have a new item sent and I chose the latter. The item arrived within a few days. Although, it was unfortunate that the first item got lost, I can't fault the seller and they delivered on their promises. I gave 5 stars for shipping time because the second item arrived quickly.

Get it you will love it. I sleep better than ever.
This Snoring Solution Jaw Supporter is a comfortable and effective method of preventing snoring. The jaw supporter was soft, well made, and very easy to use. It did not at all impede my ability to easily fall asleep. It stayed in place the entire time I slept and I awoke refreshed after sleeping the entire night through. Best yet, my wife reported that I did not snore once, so it's been great for both of us!
I really loved this product. As someone who sleeps with my mouth wide open, this jaw supporter was very effective in keeping my jaw in a normal position. Because my breathing was not obstructed, I was able to get a better, more restful night of sleep. If you want to get a good night’s sleep, I would definitely recommend My Snoring Solution.
