Giving this a ‘Positive’ rating as the dress itself is as described, BUT, the dress was made into a tiny package so it was very crumpled and creased. It is now being sent to the pressing company I use t, hopefully, rectify matters.

I am so sorry you received the dress in that state. I am usually very careful about packing and wrapping in tissue paper and bags that fit the items.
