Communication was good with the seller, helped with providing photo proof of delivery, but I had to go looking for the rolling pin and they wanted me to phone the delivery company for more help, which I didnt feel I should do. Lucky one of my neighbours recognise it and said it was at there's. Wasn't in time for what I needed it for!
