Brilliant for people with arthritis
2 of 2 found this helpful It tastes good for starters, nothing worse than having to take something that tastes revolting, I’ve been taking this for about a month now, I take it every night before bed. I had my hip replaced 8 weeks ago and I think this has contributed to my recovery, I’m off most of my painkillers and I’ve been told by physio that I’ve made excellent progress and I’m ahead with my recovery, I also have arthritis in all my joints including my hands I found I couldn’t make a fist properly now I can
