The printer was described as "NEW" I received the wrong one, and it was an opened box. The seller arranged to replace it with the correct model. I received the replacement which was also an open box, the seller insisted they only opened it to "check the contents". I tried to register the warranty but could not so I called the manufacturer who told me I had purchased a second-hand item and the warranty was non-transferrable. I returned the printer but had to claim a refund from Ebay.
