Basic, boring aerobic, what dance?
i like the abs exercises BUT there is not enough of it. Very, very basic.
You can hardly hear the music, there is no rhythm to presented exercises, so no joy jumping... It is named 'dance off' BUT there is no dance moves (apart from a few hip swings)... well how can you dance when you cant hear the music? Can you?
When doing the exercises you have to have your eyes on the telly at all times as the presenter isn't counting repeats, once again no rhythm to your workout.
In general very poor DVD with very basic aerobic moves and only a few of them. BORING. Doesn't do it for me. Can not believe you can loose weight on it.
