I have been a long and loyal customer of this company. Unfortunately they need to change their courier as dispatch time sometime takes weeks.

It does the job and the rinse aid properties are also there. The only downside is that it is not concentrate.
I find it quiet good but as the title says that it is not concentrated. It is pour and spray solution already thinned. Good value? I will say you do the maths

Snake oil
I am not a scientist but as a mechanic i know when the acceleration, fuel economy and noise of my daily driver changes. Purchased this product with high hopes and after getting it i must admit the packaging and the stuff inside really look premium. (I think just a marketing trick). After servicing my car i add this product to my engine and drive it normally for more than 1500 miles and trust me when i say no difference whatsoever. The car is not quieter than it was before, fuel economy and acceleration remains the same and still consume 1 litre of oil per 1000miles.
If you guys want the placebo effect then buy it but in real world it will not do anything good.
