Badly designed product

When assembled the brackets lock the wheels and when rotated forcibly by hand the spikes foul with the bracket. As an engineer I have had to reshape the brackets and modify the mounting to the handle tube to allow the wheels and spikes to rotate freely without fouling. I would have returned it if I could have been bothered but by the time I'd funded the return I would have been out of pocket. Disappointed.
