really good vegan cook book
1 of 1 found this helpful I have been vegan for 16 years and have bought many vegan cook books most have ended up in the charity shops, I enjoy my food but I do not like spicy foods or Asian foods I think its because the don't like me, a curry or a chili meal will cause severe stomach upset. This book concentrates on British foods some I need tweaking due to certain spices/ingredients but so far it is the best vegan cookbook that I have.
I wish restaurants and cafe's had a copy of this book as most of them haven't got a clue on on what good vegan food is
I am only sorry I didn't take photos of what I made so far, but they have suited a lactose intolerant and a vegetarian person

As with all things medical things are changing all the time, the book is really out of date, the chapter on exercise was the only really good bit as exercise is very important. The good thing was the book was cheap so I didn't waste a lot of money.
